Terms 3:  Rental period to begin on or about July 1st, and end with the closing of the Ballet season at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (July 24th).
 
  • $800 Refundable deposit plus rent
  • $800 due upon signing of rental contract
  • $1125 due 1 month prior to tenancy
  • $1125 due at check-in
